Lululemon Athletica is a Canadian multinational athletic apparel retailer headquartered in British Columbia.
PROBLEM
Lululemon was a growing eCommerce as well as a brick-and-mortar business. But each store had the autonomy to run its business with a sense of entrepreneurial spirit. Lululemon needed to allow these stores to make updates to their website by giving them the ability to change store information and add, remove, or modify local brand ambassadors and/or events.


Our stores became more independent of headquarters and were able to update their information without any bottlenecks or back and forth. We empowered our store staff to react to our customers faster than before.
