OVERVIEW

BC Hydro is a government-owned electric utility company serving 1.8 million customers across British Columbia.

PROBLEM

During major storms when many customers can be left without power, traffic to their site spikes. BC Hydro needed a new website to handle these surges that would also be user friendly, mobile optimized, and easy for non-technical staff to update.

We created a new customer-centric website for both mobile and desktop that seamlessly integrates with third-party systems.

Our work was recognized as a top 5 project within the organization as we exceeded expectations while delivering on time & budget.
