AEM Developer
As an Adobe partner specializing in AEM web implementation, we use technical integrations and customer data to create customized experiences and solutions that can help grow your business. We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in both new and ongoing projects, guiding them from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to craft effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough requirements gathering, helping guide clients to balance value and effort. Share insights and cross-functional knowledge with your team to enhance project outcomes.
Design and implement cutting-edge Adobe solutions using the latest AEM technologies and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Explore and evaluate new technologies and components for project suitability.
Work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to enhance internal workflows and processes.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of component development into the broader application architecture.
Identify and resolve bugs in code and the AEM environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3+ years in development in AEM Assets and AEM Sites with AEM 6.x and above, including AEM as a Cloud Service. This includes the development of components and editable page templates.
Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, REST, HTL, Jackrabbit, Felix, and related technologies used in AEM development.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, practices, and methodologies.
Familiarity with Dispatcher configurations.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their integration with AEM.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience with Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Optimizer, Experience Platform, Dynamic Media, Brand Portal, and Headless CMS.
Experience with Edge Delivery Services and Universal Editor.
Experience with AEM Multi-Site Management.
AEM Certification is highly desirable.
