CAAT Employer Manual MVP

OVERVIEW

CAAT Pension Plan partnered with Digital On Six to migrate their existing Employer Manual from Madcap Flare to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Manager. The aim was to create a modern, scalable, and personalized digital experience for their employer audience.

PROBLEM

As the number of employers participating in the CAAT Pension Plan grew, so did the need for a reliable, easily navigable and centralized resource for pension administration information. The existing Employer Manual site lacked personalization features and did not align with the updated CAAT branding.

This foundation supports future personalization initiatives via the D6 Engine, positioning CAAT for ongoing segmentation and tailored content delivery.

Our Solution

User Experience Redesign

Digital On Six developed high-fidelity UX and UI designs, re-engineering the landing page and main navigation to enhance usability.
Content and Asset Migration

We managed a like-for-like migration of 136 English content pages and approximately 265 form assets into the AEM DAM.
Technical Integration and Setup

The DO6 team established AEM Sites, repositories, and automated pipelines, integrating with Azure AD B2C for secure Single Sign-On (SSO).
