Senior AEM Developer

As an Adobe partner specializing in AEM web implementation, we use technical integrations and customer data to create customized experiences and solutions that can help grow your business. We are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. The role requires extensive experience in AEM development, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, project managers, and content authors, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AEM developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
Implement scalable and robust AEM solutions, including component development, template creation, and workflow management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and integrated systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, updates, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of AEM solutions.
Support Project Manager and Development Manager to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed on time to achieve successful project completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AEM developer, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on development experience.
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x and above.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and RESTful services.
Experience with AEM workflows, DAM, and version control systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Additional Desirable Skills:

Experience with Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Optimizer, Experience Platform, Dynamic Media, Brand Portal, and Headless CMS.
Experience with Edge Delivery Services and Universal Editor.
Experience with AEM Multi-Site Management.
AEM Certification is highly desirable.
